As a 35-year-old mother of four, my life is a whirlwind of school runs, business meetings, and everything in between. My journey is far from traditional, juggling roles in entrepreneurship, economic community development, and project management. This diverse career path has given me a wealth of experiences and stories to share, each one highlighting the challenges and triumphs of being a modern woman in today's world.

By day, I am the executive director of Mainstreet Dayton, championing local development and community growth. By night, I morph into a social media enthusiast, crafting content that resonates with women everywhere. My ventures don't stop there—I'm also the founder of Leadyou Co., where I provide consulting and other services to help others achieve their dreams. And let's not forget NNKB, the brainchild born out of a passion for storytelling and a desire to connect with women through relatable, laugh-out-loud content.

Balancing a career and a busy household is no easy feat, but I wouldn't have it any other way. (Did I mention three of my four daughters are now teens?)
